Each coin is bought from the most respected ancient coin dealers of the United States and Europe.

Yes. We do not sell any replicas. Most of our coins are not worth it for scammers to copy. The amount of time, effort and skill it takes to make a convincing forgery is huge. Hence, for most forgeries, the makers want a substantial return on their investment. Moreover, many forgeries are done so poorly that it does not take much to discern their fakery.

No, we never clean any of our coins. We also do not recommend any type of cleaning, to prevent changes in the coin’s characteristics. The only type of cleaning that should be done is getting rid of moisture on a coin pendant with the use of a polishing cloth or paper towel. For more information, read our page on Pendant Care.

In our experience, none of our coin pendants have had any issues when dealing with customs abroad. We have had customers all over Europe, the Americas and Asia. However, since we cannot familiarize ourselves with each country’s custom law, customers are required to inquire about such issues. This also applies to any custom fees which cannot be reimburse by Peregrine Pendants.
